SUMMARY:Spooky Shadow Puppet & Craft Workshop with Emma Fisher
DESCRIPTION:Spooky Shadow Puppet & Craft Workshop with Emma Fisher\, Friday October 30th\, 3pm – 5pm\, Free \nAges 4-7 \nPlease note: Children must be accompanied by an adult for this event. \nStep into the mysterious world of shadows and storytelling in this fun\, hands-on Halloween workshop with Emma Fisher. \nFor centuries\, people around the world have used shadow puppetry to tell stories\, entertain audiences and bring magical characters to life. From the intricate leather puppets of Indonesian Wayang Kulit to the rich traditions of Chinese shadow theatre\, this ancient art form continues to capture imaginations across generations. \nIn this creative workshop\, children will design and make their own spooky shadow puppets before experimenting with light\, shape and movement to see their creations come alive on screen. Ghosts\, monsters\, witches and magical creatures are all welcome as young participants create their own Halloween-inspired characters and stories. \nPacked with creativity\, imagination and plenty of seasonal fun\, this workshop offers a playful introduction to storytelling through art and performance.
