Welcome to ‘This Spell’, created by our Junk Punk Rock Band and artist Andy Spearpoint. It is the result of an outreach project where for the month of October we hosted online workshops with Andy, using instruments created from upcycled materials, to create a spooky song inspired by Halloween. This spooky spell video was made by our young rockers, ages 8-14, socially distant in Nenagh with the creative input of videographer Robin Wallace.
“We are blown away by what they have created,” says Nenagh Arts Centre Artistic Director Eva Birdthistle. “They are so creative and enthusiastic, even under the circumstances of being online and socially distant they still used their imagination to create something that is fun and spooky.”
