Join us as we revive the almost forgotten tradition of Irish Mummers led by the chief Mummer bedecked in a costume hand crafted by a local artist Geradine Wisdom, with reeds sourced from the banks of Lough Derg. Carrying his hazel staff aloft the Chief Mummer will guide the parade through the streets of Nenagh culminating outside the arts centre for the tale of the ‘Puca and the Piper’ with a Celtic musical celebration.
